Thanks for your interest in your very own customized #MaskUp PSA.
Your license includes permission to use the video files and images on your social media platforms, online streaming, and TV broadcast. You will receive 2 video files (one 16:9 - widescreen, and one 1:1 - square), subtitle file (.srt), and over 50 still images.
The license fee starts at $999. Discounts are available for smaller regions and not-for-profits. Just ask!
Once this form is received, we will send an invoice, confirm all information, and get started on your PSA!
Turnaround time is two business days.
How would you like us to customize your PSA?
Example: "Lakeland has 114,000 reasons to mask up..., "Mask Up, Lakeland". What would you want in place of "Lakeland" and the number (population of your reach).
What hashtag and voice would you like at the end?
Example: #MaskUpPolk (the voice says "Mask Up Polk County")
